Manage and mentor SEO professionals, develop technical SEO and content processes, oversee Google Business Profiles, implement AI-powered workflows, connect performance metrics to leads and revenue, and collaborate with paid search, development, and content teams. The role requires hands-on technical execution, client leadership, agency experience, and expertise in multi-location local search.

Drive outbound prospecting and cold outreach to qualify international businesses for FX and cross-border payment solutions. Manage top-of-funnel pipeline, book appointments for closers, optimize outreach to hit £12k monthly sales profit, and maintain detailed CRM/tracking records while collaborating with leadership on scripts and strategy.
