Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solution design and implementation. Manage stakeholder workshops, translate requirements into future-state designs, oversee configuration, testing, training, integrations, reporting, and data migration. Establish ERP implementation standards and best practices while managing complex global finance designs. Mentor staff, support multiple projects, and build trusted client relationships. Travel up to 50% as needed.

Deliver Oracle EPM consulting projects, including requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing, troubleshooting, analytics, reporting, and client presentations. Manage project workstreams, work plans, documentation, and client relationships while mentoring junior staff. Configure and administer Planning and Essbase environments, develop automation scripts and Cloud EPM integrations, and collaborate with client leadership. The role requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills, along with travel up to 50%.

Owns relationships, governance, service delivery, escalations, SLAs, ticket quality, enhancements, commercial performance, onboarding, reporting, and renewals for approximately 10 Oracle managed-services clients. Provides hands-on Oracle EPM or ERP expertise, coordinates cross-functional delivery teams, manages vendors and Oracle Support, leads executive reviews, and drives continuous service improvement. This is a fully remote role serving clients in the U.S. or Canada.
