Owns relationships, governance, service delivery, escalations, SLAs, ticket quality, enhancements, commercial performance, onboarding, reporting, and renewals for approximately 10 Oracle managed-services clients. Provides hands-on Oracle EPM or ERP expertise, coordinates cross-functional delivery teams, manages vendors and Oracle Support, leads executive reviews, and drives continuous service improvement. This is a fully remote role serving clients in the U.S. or Canada.

Manage Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations and managed-services engagements. Lead delivery teams, build client relationships, oversee transitions using managed-services frameworks, and mentor junior staff. Plan and deliver technology solutions aligned to client goals; flexible U.S./Canada location with U.S. travel as needed.

The Manager is responsible for leading Oracle Core HR implementations, managing project teams, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring deliverable quality. They engage clients across the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, while focusing on integration with HCM modules.
