Support VPs with client relationships, ensure service quality, perform financial analyses and insurer negotiation strategy, develop insurer selection and RFPs, contribute to actuarial valuations for post-retirement and other benefit plans, grow and manage a client portfolio autonomously, lead team planning/billing/training, and share expertise internally.

The Account Director is responsible for business development, client relationship management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include prospecting, evaluations, and collaborating with technical support for claims and proposals.

Provides administrative and technical support to forestry insurance portfolio managers and account executives. Responsibilities include drafting documents, billing, payment follow-up, client file management, insurance certificates, endorsements, financing, refund requests, claims opening, document signing workflows, and insurer communications. The role also reviews engineering documents and tracks recommendations. Strong French and English communication, advanced Microsoft Office skills, organization, attention to detail, and insurance knowledge are required.
