Own the realtime voice channel for Hopper’s AI travel assistant, including telephony, CPaaS, streaming speech, model orchestration, latency, and quality. Build full-stack features with React, TypeScript, Scala, Python, and GCP; design multi-tenant systems; implement security and compliance controls; and maintain reliable deployments through observability, incident response, SLAs, and rollbacks. Mentor engineers and contribute to architecture, code reviews, partner integrations, and production launches.

The Principal Product Manager will define and manage the HTS API Marketplace, coordinating with capability teams and ensuring the technical and commercial aspects of the product are met. The role involves rapid prototyping, working with AI tools, and establishing go-to-market strategies to build a revenue-generating platform.

Lead end-to-end product for customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice. Own roadmap, design conversations and interfaces in Figma, build prototypes with AI coding tools, define agent behavior and quality metrics, partner with enterprise clients and integration teams, and iterate from production conversation data.
