Provides technical support and connected-systems integration for building automation customers in the Montreal region. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, maintaining servers and building management systems, configuring networks and communication protocols, commissioning and testing installations, managing service projects, documenting work, training customers, and supporting cybersecurity. The role also includes customer relationship management, service proposals, emergency response, occasional after-hours work, and travel within Quebec.
