Responsible for estimating commercial building automation projects, including HVAC controls, DDC controllers, field devices, valves, cabling, conduit, subcontractor costs, and bills of quantity. Reviews specifications, prepares technical submissions, system architectures, control schematics, scopes of work, inclusions, exclusions, and compliance documentation. Coordinates supplier quotations, supports proposal generation, tracks regional and customer preferences, and assists with quality control and mentoring.

Develop and execute strategies to grow adoption and specification of Honeywell building automation solutions across healthcare, data centers, hospitality, and education. Build relationships with architects, engineers, EPC firms, contractors, developers, and C-suite end users; embed Honeywell technologies in tender documents; generate new B2B opportunities and manage sales pipelines. Participate in industry associations, deliver educational sessions as a subject matter expert, and collaborate with Honeywell sales, product, and channel teams. Remote role covering Quebec with up to 50% travel.

Responsible for high-quality estimation processes in building automation solutions, including cost analysis and supplier management, while ensuring technical compliance and mentoring.
