Manage relationships with new and existing customers for Honeywell Industrial Automation sensors. Develop customer needs knowledge, define territory growth strategy, use Salesforce CRM, support OEM technical engagement, propose application solutions, negotiate and close deals, and travel up to 60% across Ontario, Quebec and Eastern Canada.

Manage and deliver building automation projects: control schedules, budgets, subcontractors, technical teams, safety and regulatory compliance, client communication, project closeout, and reporting. Role requires bilingual communication and travel up to 20%.

Lead cost estimation for commercial building automation projects: produce BOQs, RFIs/RFQs, supplier evaluations, system architecture and compliance, generate proposals and statements of work, mentor team members, and apply Honeywell product knowledge to deliver competitive bids.
