Supervise in-store logistics: manage team workflow and scheduling, ensure timely product delivery to the selling floor, coordinate transfers and special orders, manage supplies and controlled storage, and enforce Health & Safety policies to meet customer promise dates and department objectives.

Protect store assets and ensure a safe environment by conducting audits, routine inspections, surveillance monitoring, investigations, apprehensions, and incident response. Maintain accurate investigation reports, field notes, and compliance with privacy, health, and safety policies. Support store teams on inventory control and loss-prevention initiatives; provide first aid and testify in legal proceedings when required.
