Design and install inspiring in-store and window displays, style mannequins, use sales data and customer feedback to guide visual direction, maintain brand merchandising standards, support and train sales staff, and work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Lead and support the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily store operations (opening/closing, deliveries, stock replenishment), analyze sales data with store management, coach and motivate sales advisors, and act as a brand ambassador to create an engaging shopping experience.

Support store revenue and profit goals by managing a department team, executing visual and operational standards, coaching staff, handling stock and loss prevention, scheduling, and deputizing for the store manager. Drive customer service, staff development, performance management, and ensure compliance with legal and H&M policies.
