Drives North American growth for substation services, modernization, and lifecycle solutions. Identifies and advances opportunities, builds executive customer relationships, develops lifecycle roadmaps, and converts installed-base insights into service, retrofit, upgrade, replacement, and long-term service agreement sales. Leads bid strategy, pricing, commercial risk assessment, forecasting, and CRM pipeline management while collaborating with engineering, field service, operations, finance, marketing, and product teams.

Supports quality planning and execution for complex EPC power and energy projects. Responsibilities include applying ISO 9001, reviewing inspection and test plans, participating in inspections and testing, managing punch lists and mechanical completion, investigating non-conformities, coordinating suppliers and stakeholders, reviewing technical documentation, and driving lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Design and deliver high-voltage AIS and GIS substation projects through proposal, engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning. Develop electro-mechanical deliverables, coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities, review designs for quality and constructability, prepare schedules and cost estimates, and provide technical support to customers, contractors, suppliers, and project teams. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and engineering standards.
