Oversee accounting operations, including revenue review, expense management, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, staff accountant supervision, audits, tax compliance, 1099 filings, and process improvements. Support FP&A with reporting and help implement new financial software while maintaining accurate and efficient financial processes.

Manage strategic customer success initiatives for enterprise customers and complex integrations. Responsibilities include improving onboarding, satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth; advocating for customers; analyzing performance metrics; identifying churn risks and expansion opportunities; partnering with Sales and Marketing; and mentoring junior team members.

Manage CRM customer data migrations from onboarding through completion. Responsibilities include analyzing source Excel data, creating import rules, validating and reconciling migrated data, documenting mappings and transformation logic, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with customers, engineers, sales, onboarding, and support teams. The role requires strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, customer service, and effective communication.
