Manage strategic customer relationships across the full lifecycle: onboarding, renewals, growth, and churn prevention. Conduct business reviews, resolve escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, identify upsell opportunities, track interactions in HubSpot, and meet performance metrics to increase B2B revenue and customer satisfaction.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for reseller and partner customers during onboarding and implementation. Lead technical discovery, guide API integrations and authentication, troubleshoot complex integrations with Engineering, manage Jira technical tickets, create integration documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize platform adoption and scale technical customer success.

Lead Zipline's core product team to define and execute the 12–18 month roadmap, grow and mentor product managers, align strategy across Engineering and Design, and embed AI-first thinking into frontline workflows. Own customer-facing storytelling, drive outcome-focused prioritization, remove cross-functional blockers, and ensure roadmap delivery creates measurable revenue and customer impact.
