Lead and scale Revenue Operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Own forecasting, territory and quota planning, CRM governance (Salesforce/HubSpot), analytics, sales compensation, process automation, and operating cadences to improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, productivity, and customer retention.

Lead global strategic partnerships across cloud, GPU, and hardware providers. Identify and negotiate commercial agreements, manage key partner relationships, align cross-functional stakeholders, build business cases, and support executive strategy to enable Higgsfield's AI infrastructure scale and growth.
