Own the commercial contracting lifecycle across intake, drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, and repository management. Administer and scale Ironclad workflows, templates, playbooks, permissions, reporting, migrations, and automation. Independently negotiate NDAs, prepare agreement markups, manage SLAs, coordinate cross-functional approvals, maintain contract data quality, and improve processes through workflow automation and AI tools.

Leads and scales an Account Executive team, owning revenue performance, quota attainment, pipeline coverage, forecasting, recruiting, coaching, and sales execution. Personally manages strategic enterprise opportunities, executive relationships, negotiations, and complex deal strategy. Partners with the CRO and cross-functional teams on territory design, compensation, hiring, sales processes, and growth strategy while translating market feedback into company action.

Manage the daily operations and workplace experience of Higgsfield AI’s new San Francisco office. Responsibilities include overseeing reception, amenities, supplies, food and beverage, mail, vendors, facilities coordination, office access, seating, shipments, repairs, events, onboarding logistics, safety readiness, and employee and guest experiences. The role partners with People, Recruiting, IT, Security, and Facilities while building scalable processes and proactively resolving workplace issues.
