Participate in a 20–30 minute recorded conversation with an AI agent, role-play customer-service scenarios, explain reasoning, and evaluate the AI’s comprehension, timing, and interruptions. Contributors must avoid confidential information and provide consent for audio, video, transcript, and feedback use in AI training and evaluation. This is a short-term paid data-contribution project, not ongoing employment.

Participate in paid, recorded conversations with customer success professionals to help train and evaluate AI systems. Discuss onboarding, implementation, product adoption, account health, renewals, expansion, and challenging account scenarios. Explain and defend account strategies, challenge recommendations, and articulate customer-business tradeoffs using fictional or anonymized examples. Participants need strong spoken communication, customer success experience, reliable internet, a clear microphone, and a webcam.
