Lead UI architecture and implement scalable front-end components for a complex cloud product using TypeScript and React. Define front-end standards, enforce code quality, accessibility and performance, build and maintain automated tests (Jest, Cypress), collaborate with backend/DevOps, review PRs, mentor developers, and drive continuous improvement while responsibly using AI-assisted coding.

Serve as Level 3 escalation for HPE Instant On networking: perform deep troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, packet capture and log analysis, reproduce issues in lab, validate fixes, collaborate with engineering/product teams, mentor L1/L2, produce documentation, and support high-visibility customer engagements and POCs.

Lead and grow Tier 1 Telco enterprise accounts by owning customer relationships, developing C-level contacts, driving pipeline and deal closure, coordinating cross-functional teams, positioning HPE solutions, and achieving revenue and margin targets.
