Software Engineering Intern contributing to a next-generation network management service. Responsibilities may include systems software, automated and end-to-end testing, performance and scale analysis, debugging, developer tooling, and code reviews. The intern will use AI coding tools throughout the software development lifecycle while validating AI-generated work through tests, measurements, and engineering judgment under senior developer mentorship.

Responsibilities include prospecting, sales presentations, RFP responses, proposal development, quota attainment, 90-day forecasting, evaluation program management, customer follow-up, and coordination with marketing, presales engineering, development, and partners. The role requires at least eight client visits weekly and focuses on Aruba Networks products, data center, routing, and security sales.

Develops cloud applications and solutions through design, coding, testing, integration, and quality review. Collaborates with software engineers, development partners, QA, and remote teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective systems. Requires Java, Kafka or equivalent, Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL persistence technologies, software engineering fundamentals, source-control and development tools, Agile methodology, and DevOps knowledge. The role is hybrid, requiring work from HPE’s Montreal office at least two days per week.

Leads an enterprise sales team across Canada, setting sales strategy, managing quotas and profitability, cultivating executive customer relationships, creating opportunities, and orchestrating major telecommunications engagements. Recruits, coaches, and develops high-performing sales personnel; establishes end-to-end sales methodologies; and oversees strategic and tactical planning. Requires extensive IT sales and sales-team management experience, project management expertise, and the ability to advise senior leadership.

Manage enterprise compute sales across Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Build senior customer, channel, and partner relationships; develop territory plans and pipeline; consult on IT transformation needs; present HPE Compute and Edge-to-Cloud value propositions; create ROI and TCO business cases; coordinate marketing campaigns; and achieve revenue, market share, margin, and sales targets.

Contribute to cloud UI feature development using TypeScript and React (or equivalent). Build maintainable front-end components, follow accessibility and performance standards, write Jest and Cypress tests, collaborate with backend/DevOps teams, participate in code reviews, and take ownership of small-to-medium scoped UI tasks while learning and improving engineering practices.

Own strategic customer accounts, build senior stakeholder relationships, and lead onboarding, adoption, success planning, and issue escalation. Act as a trusted customer advocate while coordinating sales, product, engineering, and support teams. Drive measurable business value, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and account expansion across HPE’s as-a-service portfolio. The role requires cloud and IT service management knowledge, Eastern/Central Time Zone support, and approximately 10–15% domestic travel.
