Coordinates resuscitation programs across Alberta and Saskatchewan by managing stakeholder relationships, supporting instructor and training networks, monitoring quality and compliance, analyzing CRM and performance data, and implementing regional initiatives. The role serves as a liaison between external partners and internal teams, supports issue resolution and continuous improvement, coordinates volunteers and events, and contributes to network growth, retention, and consistent program delivery.
