Welcome guests, assign rooms and process check-ins/check-outs per reservations, respond to phone calls, handle guest complaints, notify departments of room status changes, and perform other related front-desk duties to ensure a warm customer experience.

Install, dismantle and maintain event rooms and coffee breaks; provide excellent customer service; handle and store equipment (up to ~50 lbs); perform dishwashing; follow MAPAQ hygiene and hotel banquet procedures; keep a safe, clean, and environmentally responsible workspace; perform other related tasks as required.
