Develop software modules from documented requirements and engineering standards, estimate and test assigned work, execute unit/integration tests, present technical findings, and analyze localization requirements to adapt products.

Support and optimize chemical and surface treatment processes onsite. Train operators, define and manage chemical analyses, provide technical support for equipment/process issues, drive process improvements and cost reductions, ensure HSE and regulatory compliance (emissions, waste), manage consumables and supplier coordination, and maintain process documentation and audit readiness for IMS/ISO.

Lead and coordinate business-unit data migration from one Teamcenter PLM version to another. Define migration strategy, mapping, ETL workflows, data validation and quality gates. Profile and remediate legacy data, coordinate extraction/cleansing/load activities with SMEs and partners, ensure business readiness across test loads and cutover, and report progress and risks to governance and leadership.
