Teams at GPMM Operation and Maintenance

Provide day-to-day systems and network operations: maintain VPN/MPLS connections, Active Directory administration, monitoring and backups, troubleshoot level 1 incidents, support operational network and telephony, participate in security hardening and escalations, and contribute to change and continuity for infrastructure components.

Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on overhead contact lines (catenary), respond to major failures, communicate with control center, record work in CMMS, read plans, work with operations during emergencies, lift heavy parts, and act as rotating site lead (PEC) ensuring health and safety.
