Administer biweekly payroll for more than 1,000 employees across multiple Canadian provinces. Responsibilities include payroll reconciliation and transmission, employee record updates, tax and employment compliance, time-sheet and overtime calculations, expense processing, records of employment, employee support, system testing, process improvements, and payroll project participation. The role requires advanced Excel skills, bilingual French and English communication, knowledge of Canadian and Quebec payroll legislation, and experience with integrated payroll and HR systems.

Supports mechanical building engineering projects involving HVAC, stormwater, and sanitary systems. Responsibilities include developing engineering solutions, creating technical drawings, conducting feasibility tests, troubleshooting equipment, designing test procedures, collecting and analyzing data, researching technical improvements, and assisting with project and client management under the supervision of a project engineer. The role also includes continuous training and professional development.
