Supports financial close processes, revenue and gross margin analysis, variance analysis, account reconciliations, commission calculations, and financial reporting. Develops dashboards, analyzes complex datasets, and contributes to improving finance processes, reporting tools, and automation. Collaborates with finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders while supporting planning activities and ad hoc projects.

Prepares journal entries and supporting schedules, participates in month-end close and year-end audits, answers accounting policy questions, analyzes payroll-related P&L accounts, and supports ERP and business-process improvements. The role also handles ad hoc accounting projects and works with international employees and customers in French and English.

Tests Genetec’s web and mobile applications across platforms, browsers, and devices. Responsibilities include planning and executing manual functional, integration, regression, compatibility, usability, and exploratory tests; documenting and tracking defects; validating APIs and backends; maintaining test documentation; and collaborating with development, design, analysis, and product teams in an Agile/Kanban environment.
