Participe aux revues de conception, apporte un soutien technique à la fabrication et à l’installation sur site, et assiste les ingénieurs dans leurs activités de projet. Le poste exige une formation universitaire en génie mécanique, des bases en résistance des matériaux et en CAO, ainsi qu’une maîtrise de l’anglais.

Leads the global Hydro Project Accounting organization, overseeing controllership, project accounting, financial reporting, revenue recognition, reconciliations, audits, internal controls, and statutory compliance. Designs operating models, simplifies processes, drives LEAN transformation and automation, partners with finance and operations teams on project margins and pacing, and develops global talent. Requires extensive project accounting experience, finance leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional and third-party relationships.

Lead contractual strategy and execution for hydroelectric projects in Quebec. Manage contracts end-to-end from bidding through warranty, draft and negotiate agreements and amendments, identify and mitigate risks, handle claims/disputes, ensure compliance, collaborate with project, legal and procurement teams, and maintain contract tracking and performance metrics.
