Teams at Function Health

Own SuppCo’s lifecycle marketing strategy, execution, automation, and reporting across email, push, and in-app messaging. Build onboarding, engagement, conversion, replenishment, and winback journeys in Iterable; personalize recommendations using Iterable Catalog; define KPIs; and lead experimentation focused on activation, repeat purchases, LTV, and churn. Collaborate with growth, creative, product, lifecycle, and data teams to launch campaigns and scale SuppCo’s member experience.

Lead product- and content-led organic growth across virality/referrals, conversion optimization, and search (SEO, AI-driven discovery, YouTube). Run experiments, build attribution, recruit and manage a lean team, and use AI tools to scale member acquisition and retention without paid channels.

Own month-end and quarter-end revenue close for DTC memberships and imaging/scan services; prepare journal entries, deferred revenue schedules, and reconciliations; investigate data quality issues and partner with engineering/product to resolve root causes; support Rillet integration and reconcile payment processors like Stripe; maintain audit-ready revenue schedules and implement process improvements to strengthen controls.
