Supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HR documentation, employee engagement, reporting, and policy updates. Maintains employee records and data integrity in Workday, supports managers with HR processes, coordinates orientation and recognition initiatives, manages internal communications, and handles employee inquiries confidentially. The role partners across hotel departments to promote an inclusive, positive employee culture.
