Teams at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Lead the hotel's engineering and maintenance team to manage building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, pools, life/fire safety), enforce codes, oversee contractors, control budgets and labor costs, implement preventive maintenance and energy programs, and respond to emergencies to ensure guest and staff safety and comfort.

Supervise daily front-of-house operations for reception, concierge and guest services. Greet and register arrivals/departures, handle billing and baggage, resolve guest issues, use hotel systems for reservations and reporting, support performance scores (LQA, Forbes, Medallia), and assist with safety, security and related tasks.

The Director of Finance leads hotel financial activities, ensuring compliance, overseeing accounting operations, and developing the finance team while supporting overall financial performance.
