The Market Segment Development Director will set strategic direction for silicon photonics, drive global business expansion, influence cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and oversee market introductions.

Lead Salesforce administration and business systems analysis to support Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Manage user access, data quality, configurations, releases, and UAT. Gather requirements, document processes, design scalable CRM solutions, and coordinate with developers and stakeholders to deliver enhancements and drive adoption.

Provide commercial legal support across global business operations by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial contracts. Advise Sales, Procurement, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Operations on risk allocation, compliance (export controls, trade), IP licensing, and process improvements. Maintain contract templates, optimize CLM workflows (e.g., Ironclad), escalate high-risk issues, and support legal projects and training.
