Supports interior assemblers in a factory manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include preparing aluminum mullions, completing finishing work, preparing trims, maintaining the facility, and transporting materials, finished products, and equipment. The role requires manual aptitude, teamwork, and preferably prior manufacturing experience. Blueprint reading and door and window assembly knowledge are assets.

Coordinates building-envelope and metal-cladding activities across construction projects. Monitors work for specification compliance and schedule adherence, liaises with clients, employees, inspectors, suppliers, and project managers, tracks project information, translates documents, maintains archives, and reviews project reports for accuracy and compliance.

Manage medium and large construction projects for building envelope works: attend site meetings, track budgets and schedules, coordinate teams and suppliers, order materials, oversee site follow-ups, prepare project documentation and approvals, and liaise with production and technical teams.
