Supports interior assemblers in a factory manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include preparing aluminum mullions, completing finishing work, preparing trims, maintaining the facility, and transporting materials, finished products, and equipment. The role requires manual aptitude, teamwork, and preferably prior manufacturing experience. Blueprint reading and door and window assembly knowledge are assets.

Coordinates building-envelope and metal-cladding activities across construction projects. Monitors work for specification compliance and schedule adherence, liaises with clients, employees, inspectors, suppliers, and project managers, tracks project information, translates documents, maintains archives, and reviews project reports for accuracy and compliance.

Manage medium and large construction projects for building envelope works: attend site meetings, track budgets and schedules, coordinate teams and suppliers, order materials, oversee site follow-ups, prepare project documentation and approvals, and liaise with production and technical teams.

Assemble, fabricate, install, adjust, and repair glass products, mirrors, skylights, curtain walls, metal frames, and architectural metals in commercial and industrial buildings. Read technical plans and specifications to determine materials and installation methods. Work indoors and outdoors, independently or with teams, frequently handling heavy glass and working at heights. Training and support are available for candidates pursuing glazier apprenticeship hours.

Perform sheet-metal fabrication tasks: cut, bend, drill, deburr, assemble and finish metal components for glazing systems. Read fabrication drawings, operate shop tools safely, assist with inventory and material handling, perform quality checks, workplace maintenance, small repairs, and other related duties.

Assist the project manager with daily tasks, monitor ongoing work for specification and deadline compliance, place and track orders, coordinate with managers and stakeholders, document and archive project files, and review project documents and reports for conformity.
