This founding customer success role requires proactive relationship building and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing startup.

Leads and scales web, mobile, and data engineering teams while establishing engineering standards, reliability practices, security compliance, and AI-enabled development processes. Partners with Product, Design, Customer Success, and Support to align execution with strategy, resolve escalations, track performance metrics, reduce technical debt, and support hiring and team development.

Owns paid acquisition across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms, optimizing budgets, bids, funnels, CAC, LTV, and ROAS. Builds and maintains GTM, server-side GTM, GA4, Conversions API, HubSpot, and lead-routing infrastructure. Develops AI agents, automated workflows, and AI-assisted creative pipelines while partnering with sales, design, and brand teams to grow qualified B2B SaaS pipeline.
