Lead end-to-end supply chain, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment for a regulated consumer-health physical product. Build diversified suppliers, reduce COGS, manage cross-border Canada-US shipping and customs, own 3PL/carrier relationships and SLAs, implement inventory/tracking and procurement planning systems, create operational reporting, coordinate materials planning with manufacturing, and scale fulfillment while reducing per-order costs.

Lead paid acquisition and growth strategy, manage multi-channel paid budgets, build growth operating model and measurement frameworks, run creative and channel experiments, partner cross-functionally, forecast and monitor unit economics (CAC, LTV), and scale acquisition using analytics and AI tools.

Manage B2B partner lifecycle post-sale: onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewal, and expansion. Serve as primary partner contact, run QBRs, monitor account health, reduce churn, and build scalable playbooks. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams and oversee offshore operational support.

Lead and scale B2B partnerships by generating outbound leads, qualifying and managing pipeline, running deals from intro to close, creating data-driven decks and forecasts, building repeatable playbooks, and coordinating cross-functional handoffs to improve conversion and shorten deal cycles.
