Coordinates school bus routes and schedules, monitors on-time performance, and supports drivers and monitors. Handles radio and telephone communications, customer complaints, first-line client communications, reservations, billing, driver payroll calculations, workday records, special assignments, and daily operations support. The role requires strong customer service, communication, administrative, computer, and pressure-management skills, with prior transportation or dispatch experience.
