Operates, programs, sets up, and monitors CNC turning machines, including 7- and 9-axis multi-spindle equipment, to produce precision turned and milled parts. Reads technical drawings, calculates tolerances, adjusts cutting parameters and tooling, inspects finished products with precision instruments, performs basic equipment maintenance, and follows 5S safety practices. Requires a completed machining diploma or equivalent and at least three years of practical CNC machining experience, primarily with lathes.
