Teams at Fiera Capital

Support investment teams by controlling transaction closings and funding, reviewing investment documentation, and overseeing fund and holding accounting. Analyze fund financials, ILPA and NAV reporting from administrators; validate performance, fees, and cash flows; coordinate audits and tax filings; prepare investor and board reports; document procedures, reinforce internal controls, and contribute to ILPA, automation, and AI initiatives to support business growth.

The role involves leading the design and delivery of Generative AI solutions, integrating AI platforms, and guiding AI adoption across Fiera Capital. Responsibilities include architecting solutions, establishing best practices, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Lead preparation and review of interim and annual consolidated financial statements and MD&A under IFRS. Manage subsidiary reporting, ERP (SAP) close improvements, liaison with external auditors, and resolve complex corporate accounting and disclosure issues while coaching accounting staff and supporting senior management reporting.
