Support Total Portfolio Solutions distribution by developing client-ready materials, responding to RFPs and time-sensitive requests, engaging clients and intermediaries, translating complex multi-asset and private markets capabilities into clear messaging, monitoring industry trends, and improving commercial responsiveness to drive business development and client retention.

The Analyst will calculate and validate investment performance results, ensuring data quality and supporting client reporting processes.

Lead and manage a team calculating and validating investment performance across asset classes, ensuring GIPS® compliance, system implementation/maintenance, client reporting, attribution services, auditor interactions, and cross-functional collaboration to support investment, distribution, and operations stakeholders.

Lead execution of the firms strategic growth agenda through M&A, strategic planning, valuation, financial and predictive modeling. Support end-to-end transactions, prepare investment cases, coordinate diligence and advisors, monitor organic growth, and provide forward-looking insights to senior leadership to inform capital allocation and regional strategy.

The Relationship Manager will develop relationships with advisors to increase asset growth, collaborating with sales and investment teams to drive business development in public markets.

Serve high-net-worth clients by building deep relationships, recommending customized multi-asset investment strategies, and growing the Private Wealth business. Collaborate with internal investment teams, develop business plans, provide exceptional client service and market insights, mentor colleagues, and lead projects consistent with Fiera’s values and compliance practices.

Lead preparation and review of interim and annual consolidated financial statements and MD&A under IFRS. Manage subsidiary reporting, ERP (SAP) close improvements, liaison with external auditors, and resolve complex corporate accounting and disclosure issues while coaching accounting staff and supporting senior management reporting.
