Supports fundraising and investor relations for Fiera Capital’s private corporate debt platform. Responsibilities include researching prospective investors, preparing RFPs and marketing materials, coordinating diligence and fundraising projects, managing client servicing, producing portfolio analytics and quarterly reports, organizing investor meetings and conferences, maintaining data rooms, and responding to institutional investor inquiries. The role partners with sales, distribution, consultants, and investment teams, with increasing involvement in direct sales over time.

Serve as strategic HR partner to executives across Canada and the US, advising on organization design, workforce planning, change management, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Lead implementation of HR programs, drive succession planning and leadership development, use HR analytics for people strategies, and manage and coach a small HR team to strengthen consulting capabilities and business alignment.

Lead and manage a team calculating and validating investment performance across asset classes, ensuring GIPS® compliance, system implementation/maintenance, client reporting, attribution services, auditor interactions, and cross-functional collaboration to support investment, distribution, and operations stakeholders.

The role also develops procedures for global pooled vehicle operations and requires knowledge of IFRS, National Instrument 81-106, fund accounting, and fluent English and French communication.

Support Total Portfolio Solutions distribution by developing client-ready materials, responding to RFPs and time-sensitive requests, engaging clients and intermediaries, translating complex multi-asset and private markets capabilities into clear messaging, monitoring industry trends, and improving commercial responsiveness to drive business development and client retention.
