Install doors and windows according to company standards, take measurements, coordinate helper-installers, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires at least five years of door and window installation experience, physical strength and endurance, a valid driver's license, functional English, initiative, autonomy, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, customer-service orientation, and teamwork.

Performs detailed estimates for major construction projects involving windows, doors, and glazing. Reviews architectural plans, measurements, geometry, building-code compliance, window limitations, and project feasibility. Supports internal and contractor representatives, prepares bid comparisons, responds to information requests, maintains estimating files, and coordinates with other departments. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills.
