Generate sales pipeline through high-volume cold calling, inbound and outbound lead qualification, email and LinkedIn outreach, discovery, and meeting booking. Build prospect relationships, support inbound strategy, attend industry events, and communicate Fellow’s value proposition. The role requires sales drive, resilience, attention to detail, independent execution, adaptability, and a proven record of business development performance.

Lead and grow the engineering team responsible for Fellow’s desktop, mobile, botless recording, and real-time media platforms. Manage and develop engineers while remaining hands-on with production code, architecture, incident response, and technical direction. Improve reliability, observability, and operational excellence; partner cross-functionally on priorities; and advance AI-assisted development practices. The role includes shaping future operating-system integrations, mobile capabilities, recording environments, and on-device intelligence.

Own product design end to end, from identifying ambiguous problems and developing concepts to shipping polished experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and Chrome Extension surfaces. Create realistic prototypes, contribute to shared design systems and front-end components, use data and user insights to shape initiatives, and manage roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and issues. The role requires strong visual and interaction design, product judgment, communication, leadership, and familiarity with code.
