Lead and develop a regional commercial and small business underwriting team. Review and improve credit narratives, ensure consistent risk mitigation and lending-policy compliance, and collaborate with Credit Risk, Operations, and Sales. Coach team members, strengthen credit culture, and maintain high-quality decisions and timely submissions for agribusiness and food-processing customers.

Reviews, analyzes, and adjudicates agriculture loan applications and credit approvals beyond operations authority levels. Applies corporate and credit risk policies, collaborates with lenders to develop lending solutions, prepares recommendations for higher-level approval, and coaches lending staff on credit knowledge and risk practices.
