Handle customer and internal service inquiries across multiple channels, resolve account issues, support loan applications and adjustments, evaluate credit applications, respond to dealer inquiries, cross-sell financial products, and prioritize first-contact resolution. The role requires bilingual English and French communication, analytical problem-solving, adaptability, technology skills, and availability for shifts Monday through Saturday between 8:30 AM and 10 PM EST.

Supports daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, variance analysis, treasury accounting entries, online banking payments, bank fee reporting, and authorized signor administration. Performs financial analysis and transaction investigations, prepares management presentations and reports, updates process documentation, and supports internal controls, audits, and process improvements. This full-time hybrid internship is based in downtown Montreal and includes training and mentorship.

The Director, Incentive Programs designs and manages variable compensation plans, ensures alignment with business goals, and provides reporting insights. They lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with HR and Finance to optimize performance metrics and compensation effectiveness.
