Handle customer and internal service inquiries across multiple channels, resolve account issues, support loan applications and adjustments, evaluate credit applications, respond to dealer inquiries, cross-sell financial products, and prioritize first-contact resolution. Develop audience segmentation, briefs and offers; manage campaign setup, approvals, QA and compliance. Lead post-campaign analysis, report insights, and present recommendations. Coordinate with creative, analytics, operations, legal and retail partners to meet engagement, activation and retention KPIs.
