Teams at EXP

Design and support traffic maintenance and mobility projects: produce traffic maintenance designs, permanent signage and markings, perform circulation analyses, prepare plans, estimates and tender documents, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, assess impacts on transit, pedestrians and cyclists, support construction-phase monitoring and detour planning, and improve internal tools and methods.

Inspect and monitor roofing demolition, reconstruction, membrane installation, and waterproofing work on construction sites. Verify materials and workmanship against plans and specifications, conduct physical measurements and sampling, promote health and safety compliance, and prepare daily reports. The role requires frequent site visits across the Greater Montreal area and occasional travel elsewhere in Quebec.

Manage geotechnical projects from proposals and budgeting through final reporting. Coordinate field investigations, laboratory work, technical teams, clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary partners. Analyze geotechnical data and develop recommendations for foundations, excavations, slope stability, retaining structures, and soil behavior. Prepare and review technical reports, mentor junior staff, support business development, and maintain client relationships across municipal, institutional, industrial, energy, and transportation projects throughout Quebec.
