The role collaborates across leadership, business development, strategy, UX, design, and technical teams while managing multiple writing assignments and improving shared content libraries.

Architect large-scale WordPress solutions for enterprise clients, collaborating with developers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders. Scope technical solutions, create specifications, lead teams, manage project success, conduct workshops, estimate pre-sales work, optimize performance, design secure architectures, and provide training. The role requires deep modern WordPress expertise, technical leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and websites; configure and maintain sites; debug plugins; perform core and plugin upgrades; prevent regressions; write documentation; and contribute to open source. Collaborate with designers, strategists, developers, and project managers across multiple projects. The role requires strong WordPress, block editor, React, PHP, JavaScript, Git, Linux, Docker, and software development expertise, with remote work aligned to Montreal hours.
