Own significant product areas across discovery, solution definition, shipping, and iteration. Translate customer problems into product concepts, experiments, and scalable bets. Build AI-powered prototypes, engage customers and commercial stakeholders, measure outcomes, and refine products. Lead small squads, influence product direction, collaborate cross-functionally, and promote AI-native product engineering practices.

Design and own scalable data pipelines, warehousing architecture, and dbt transformation layers from ingestion through analytics and incentive payouts. Lead data-platform architecture, including OLake, Iceberg, and Snowflake workflows. Establish performance, cost, quality, lineage, observability, and schema-drift standards. Partner with engineering and analysts on telematics accuracy and driver incentive reporting while using AI coding tools to accelerate development.

Own technical partner relationships and lead complex integrations from requirements discovery through production launch. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Support teams, maintain schedules and critical paths, communicate risks and ROI to leadership, and develop repeatable integration playbooks. Promote platform APIs to partners, define partner-success metrics, and use AI tooling to automate documentation, status synthesis, and program-management workflows.
