Leads global sales enablement strategy and execution, including skills-gap analysis, role-based learning, onboarding, workshops, certifications, communications, KPI measurement, tool adoption, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration. The role supports sales performance through technical and non-technical training while requiring cybersecurity knowledge, executive communication, and experience managing enablement programs and roadmaps.

Advise customers on Microsoft security environments, conduct security health assessments and license reviews, identify risks, and deliver prioritized remediation roadmaps. Lead discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and technical workshops across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, and Azure. Make approved tenant configuration changes, support security escalations, manage concurrent consulting engagements, and communicate findings to technical and executive stakeholders. Maintain Microsoft roadmap expertise, use AI tools to improve delivery, and support sales and internal Microsoft strategy.

Administer, customize, integrate, and support Salesforce, NetSuite, Dayforce, and other business systems. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to improve workflows, configure solutions, manage releases, provide training, and maintain data integrity. Develop reports, dashboards, documentation, policies, and approval workflows while analyzing business data and recommending process improvements.
