Own product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for humanoid robotics across research, education, attractions, and enterprise. Create one-pagers, battle cards, spec sheets, launch materials, outbound copy, and visual asset libraries; partner with product, sales, and customer success to ensure accuracy and field readiness. Build SOPs for content creation and maintain a master sales enablement document.

Own and resolve complex APM support tickets: triage, investigate via SQL and data pipelines, reproduce issues, engage customers live, escalate to Product/Engineering, document solutions, and upskill the support team.
