Design and develop mechanical components and subsystems for humanoid robots from concept through production. Responsibilities include mechanism and actuator design, CAD modeling, prototyping, GD&T documentation, tolerance analysis, materials and process selection, electromechanical integration, DFM/DFA, testing, reliability improvement, production transition, and compliance documentation. The role works closely with electronics, software, manufacturing, and external vendors to solve complex design and field-performance challenges.

Develop and maintain TypeScript/React front-ends, GraphQL APIs and Python/Django backends, and on-robot Python services. Integrate LLM/AI pipelines (TTS/STT, RAG), optimize latency and robustness, debug across UI/API/robot layers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring junior developers.
