Perform project accounting: review contracts, process and reconcile subcontractor payments and expenses, prepare client billing packages, maintain current and forecasted cash flow, and assist Project Manager with monthly owner/consultant and internal reports. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and contract compliance while working on-site with project teams.

Design, develop and deliver bilingual technology training for employees across classroom, virtual and onsite settings. Create interactive e-learning content, facilitator guides, videos and assessments; measure program effectiveness with Intellum, Power Apps and Power BI. Coordinate internal sessions, support training communications, and apply instructional design and project management within construction projects.

Provide legal support for construction bids and projects, draft/review/negotiate CCDC, Design-Build, EPC, subcontract and consultant agreements; advise project teams daily; manage construction disputes and direct external counsel; liaise with clients, partners and subcontractors; contribute to in-house corporate/commercial legal operations.
