Leads global technical recruiting across Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Growth. Translates business and technical priorities into hiring plans, forecasts, and recruiting capacity strategies; manages Talent leaders across regions; establishes hiring standards and assessment quality; and uses funnel data, market intelligence, and AI-enabled systems to improve hiring speed, predictability, and efficiency. Partners with senior leaders and personally supports difficult searches and executive-level candidate closing.

Partner with the Head of Talent to scale a global Talent organization. Translate strategy into execution, lead high-visibility talent initiatives, embed with teams needing leadership or expertise, improve cross-functional processes, and use hiring data, tools, and AI to strengthen recruiting and talent operations.

Leads global revenue hiring strategy and outcomes across North America, LATAM, EMEA, UAE, and APAC. Serves as the CRO’s primary talent partner, oversees regional recruiting leaders, plans workforce needs with RevOps and Finance, maintains hiring quality and speed, and improves recruiting processes, systems, metrics, and AI utilization. Requires extensive hypergrowth experience, executive partnership, revenue-talent expertise, and leadership of large international recruiting organizations.

Resolve technical customer support tickets quickly and empathetically, troubleshoot API and browser issues, maintain documentation, communicate customer feedback internally, and moderate user-generated content and voice-library submissions. The role requires autonomous execution, strong analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and experience supporting SaaS or high-growth technology products in remote international teams.

Own and evolve ElevenLabs’ global compensation and total rewards strategy across 46+ countries. Responsibilities include compensation philosophy, job architecture, leveling, pay bands, equity and incentive programs, compensation cycles, governance, calibration tooling, and globally scalable benefits. Partner with Operations, Legal, and Finance while advising senior leaders on complex compensation decisions and introducing AI-enabled workflows.

Lead government engagement and public policy strategy for ElevenLabs in Canada. Monitor and advise on AI-related regulation, build coalitions with policymakers and civil society, support internal policy development, promote government adoption of products, and represent the company at events.
