Leads market and candidate research for executive search, board, and advisory projects across North America. Plans and manages multiple client mandates, develops candidate assessments and client deliverables, supports business development, monitors market trends, and contributes to knowledge management. Partners with consultants and client teams while providing strategic insights, maintaining quality, and operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Supports consultants and partners on C-suite and board executive search assignments. Responsibilities include candidate research, outreach, talent-pool development, market analysis, client reporting, project management, business-development presentations, knowledge management, technology adoption, and relationship building. The Associate manages multiple client engagements, communicates with senior executives, and may mentor junior colleagues.
