Supports consultants and partners on C-suite and board executive search assignments. Responsibilities include candidate research, outreach, talent-pool development, market analysis, client reporting, project management, business-development presentations, knowledge management, technology adoption, and relationship building. The Associate manages multiple client engagements, communicates with senior executives, and may mentor junior colleagues.

Designs and operates enterprise Windows endpoint management, automation, performance engineering, imaging, and deployment solutions. Develops PowerShell and Python automation, manages Intune, Autopilot, security policies, and WDAC, troubleshoots endpoint performance, maintains Windows 11 images, and uses DEX telemetry to create proactive remediation and self-healing capabilities. Partners with Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to improve reliability, compliance, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate staffing requests and maintain an organized staffing inbox and database. Match researchers to projects, communicate with research and consultant teams, track and resolve requests within 24 hours, provide real-time status updates, escalate issues, and support ad hoc staffing projects to ensure timely, high-quality research delivery.

Provide high-level administrative support to consultants: manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate detailed travel and expenses, maintain global database and person records, prepare confidential correspondence and client/candidate deliverables, assist with billing/invoicing, event support, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks while liaising with executives and stakeholders.

Lead research for executive search, board, and advisory projects: plan projects, conduct market and candidate research, produce high-quality client deliverables, support business development, and contribute to knowledge management.
