Serve as the primary office and facilities coordinator for Montreal and Toronto hubs: manage property/vendor issues, support executive calendars, arrange domestic and international travel, reconcile expenses, assist onboarding and legal document workflow, and provide occasional onsite support to keep offices running smoothly.
