Own lifecycle revenue, retention outcomes, service innovation, operational health, capacity, and platform/technical standards (Klaviyo plus other ESPs). Be a hands-on senior practitioner, manager, and practice-builder across enterprise accounts, migrations, and new service offerings.

Lead frontend delivery for custom Shopify eCommerce sites: own feature development, architecture, integrations, code review, release management, client-facing technical planning, risk mitigation, and mentor engineers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
