Serve as the primary HR contact for Americas, advising leaders, running HR processes (performance, compensation, L&D), supporting employee lifecycle, promoting wellbeing, ensuring equity in C&B, and leading local and global HR projects.

Conceive, develop, test and maintain full-stack SaaS features; collaborate with product, design and engineers; participate in architecture decisions and code reviews; mentor junior developers; ensure high code quality, performance, monitoring and DevOps best practices; evaluate new technologies.

Manage, automate, and scale development, staging and production infrastructure. Ensure security, performance and scalability; automate deployments and provisioning; build scripts/playbooks; provide application support and DB backup/restore; collaborate with developers and cloud providers; diagnose production incidents; document procedures and maintain tech/security watch.

Manage a portfolio of strategic legal and corporate accounts, drive product adoption, retention, renewals and upsell, lead business reviews, act as product expert and customer advocate, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor KPIs and usage to deliver customer value and growth.
