Supports continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives for Mental Health and Employee Assistance Programs. Responsibilities include developing business cases and implementation plans, analyzing financial and operational data, improving member and care-team experiences, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and maintaining accurate internal program documentation. The role collaborates with Member Experience, Product, Technology, Finance, and other teams while developing expertise in healthcare operations and EAP services.

Provides HR support to employees and managers, manages employee relations and exit interviews, responds to HR inquiries, maintains policies and knowledge resources, improves self-service with AI tools, optimizes Talent & Culture processes, and supports organizational initiatives in partnership with HR Business Partners.

Designs, builds, and operates backend applications and API services supporting provider availability, scoring, redistribution, and appointment scheduling. Collaborates with product, operations, data, and DevSecOps teams to prioritize work, document technical designs, write reliable and testable code, and improve system correctness, scalability, and idempotency. Provides mentorship through code reviews, documentation, and technical guidance.
